Support Worker

Pay Rate: Monday - Friday £13.65 per hour & Saturday - Sunday £14.19 per hour (Weekly or Monthly pay available)

Shift Pattern: 8:00am - 16:00pm, 16:00m - 8:00am with a sleep in during the night shift 22:00pm - 8:00am

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing 2:1 support to a young man living in Gorlston, Great Yarmouth.

The person we support has Learning Disabilities, Autism, Anxiety, Cerebral Palsy & Epilepsy and requires support with daily living, personal care, mobility, communication, complex care including PEG for medication and accessing the community. We are looking for someone who can provide consistent, person-centred support while promoting independence, choice, and quality of life. 

He is a young cheeky chap lad who likes to have a good laugh with his friends & family. He likes to go down to the seafront, go to markets, Afro-car live, live music, festivals & out to see his friends. 

Experience and Skills of a Support Worker:  

• Full UK Automatic Drivers license
• Supported Learning Disabilities and Autism
• Good sense of humour
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
