Female Support Worker

Pay Rate: £14.70 per hour (Weekly or Monthly pay available) 

Shift Pattern: Full time at 36 hours per week - Monday to Sunday: 8:00am – 20:00pm & 20:00pm – 8:00am mixture of waking nights & sleep in as 2:1.

We are seeking a Female Support Worker to Support an individual who lives in Norwich. They have complex mental health needs, Learning Disabilties, Autism and OCD. They’re full of life, have a brilliant sense of humour, and love spending time watching movies, art therapy and swimming. Swimming is an essential part of sensory integration and staff will be required to swim.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing high‑quality support on a 2:1 basis
  • Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
  • Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
  • Providing personal care.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License required
  • Have a strong understanding of PBS and Sensory therapies
